Custom hostnames

Each product already has an Infuze hostname. A customer hostname is optional. It needs a CNAME to the product hub, plus the TXT records the portal shows after you save it. The certificate stays pending until those records are in place. Public links keep using the Infuze hostname until the certificate is active.

The fields are empty here, so the placeholder links.example.com is what you see:

Infuze hostnames for the infuze-partners organization:

QR scan links stay on qr.infuze.partners. Link and Flip use https://<org-slug>.link.infuze.partners and https://<org-slug>.flip.infuze.partners until a customer hostname is active.
